How It Works!
Once you book our mobile arena service, we schedule to come to your location with all necessary equipment, set up the game room, and get out of your hair. Your guests will arrive, get wow'd and take it from there. At the end, we return, pack up and leave.

Super Easy Booking Process

You select a time for the party, two Next Level Gaming coaches show up and you point them to where the setup will be. The coaches will set all of the equipment and go over the basic setup with you and confirm it all works. After your time is up, the coaches return, inspect that everything still works, pack up the gear and head out. If you decide you want the coaches to stay and manage the event, we can do that too! item 3
We can setup anywhere you like. One of our few setup rules is that we do not travel up or down more than one flight of stairs. We are happy to ride a freight elevator as high or as low as it goes.
Have a gamer’s dream sleepover! We’ll set up your basement or playroom with our systems in the evening, and pick up the systems in the morning! What better way to stay up all night playing with your pals?!

Submit The Deposit
⏱️ Lock in your desired time — We'll send an invoice, and you only pay a 50% deposit to lock in your slot. We stay in touch with you until the event. The balance isn't due until 24 hours before we show up.

We want to move fast to get the spot you want,
but we also want to make sure you're comfortable.
We serve primarily Central Maryland and Washington, DC. We're based in Columbia and travel up to 30 miles (one way) with no travel fee for the Compact Corner Package. The 5-Screen Party Zone Package, 45 miles. The VIP Gamer Lounge, we will travel up to 60 miles with no travel fee. Beyond those distances, we do have to charge travel fees based on distance.
The space needed depends on your package. We recommend at least 20x30 feet for the 5-Screen Party Zone Package to comfortably fit all equipment, tables, and seating for up to 20 players. The smaller Compact Corner Package requires less room, but the space should have clear wall access for power.
Our standard base price for all packages is for a 5-hour rental (setup and teardown handled by our team). However, The 5-Screen Party Zone and The VIP Gamer Lounge tiers include a FREE Overnight Rental option! This extended option provides up to 16 hours of game time (e.g., Saturday 7 PM setup to Sunday 11 AM pickup). The Compact Corner is limited to the 5-hour base rental.
We require access to a minimum of two separate standard 3-pronged wall outlets along the walls. This ensures we can safely power all monitors, consoles, and lighting effects without creating wire trip hazards.
No. The Mobile Arena service is designed for maximum organizer autonomy. Our professional team will fully set up the entire system (60-120 minutes before the start time) and then leave. We return at the end of the booking period for tear-down and retrieval.
Yes, absolutely! Since the arena equipment is portable, we can deliver and set up in any indoor space, including apartment units, high-rise event rooms, or ballrooms, provided there is reasonable access for our team to unload and use a high capacity freight elevator.
We arrive with an extensive game library for XBOX, PS5, and Nintendo Switch. You are welcome to specify age-appropriate titles or genres when you book, and we will do our best to prioritize those games in the setup.
Yes, online multiplayer is available! For stable online play (e.g., Fortnite or Call of Duty), we provide a mobile router, but if there is a poor signal, you must provide a strong, reliable Wi-Fi network or a mobile hotspot with excellent signal strength and bandwidth for the consoles to connect to. Otherwise, offline-only games are available.
The Mobile Arena is an indoor service, designed for climate-controlled spaces like basements, conference rooms, or school gyms. The equipment (consoles, monitors, etc.) is sensitive and cannot be exposed to direct heat, cold, dust, or moisture.
We arrive to set up between 60 and 120 minutes before your scheduled event start time, depending on the size of the package you choose. Our team is very efficient and handles all aspects of the setup process.
